What features are available in the gallery?

Updated over 2 months ago

Creating a client gallery with the pix.bi service takes just minutes because everything is designed for your convenience. Below, we review the gallery features you receive.

Gallery Creation:

  • When adding a title, you automatically get a unique link for your gallery.

  • You can select the shooting date.

  • Set a password for the gallery, which is useful for commercial shoots, for example.

  • Choose the storage period for the gallery. You can control the deletion process manually by selecting indefinite storage, or you can set a term after which the gallery will automatically delete itself (without the possibility of recovery).

  • If you need clients to select photos (for retouching, etc.), you can configure the gallery's download availability. If the "Download" permission is disabled, the gallery will be in view-only mode.

  • Text fields can be translated using AI Translation. AI Translation is the automatic translation of text into the multiple languages you use on your website.

Uploading and Downloading Photos and Videos:

  • We support an extensive list of photo and video formats, including: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, TIFF, SVG, CR2, CR3, ARW, SRF, SR2, NEF, NRW, RAF, ORF, RW2, IIQ, DNG, HEIC, FFF, 3FR, MP4, MOV.

  • Photos are uploaded in high-speed mode.

  • Files in the gallery are optimized for viewing so that the client, even with a weak network connection, can load the photos quickly.

  • For large galleries or photos from big events, you can create folders. This allows you to optimize and organize photos for convenient viewing.

  • Our gallery allows you to copy the file names of liked photos for convenience in subsequent work.

  • You can delete and download only selected files, download them individually, or download the entire gallery.

  • Both you and your client can download photos as an entire gallery or as individual files.

  • You can track which photos are "liked," which have been downloaded individually, and the total number of times the gallery has been downloaded—this statistic allows you to better understand your client.

Cover Design:

  • Select any photo from the gallery to be your main gallery photo; there is also the option to set a video as the cover.

  • Change the focal point for the photo.

  • Choose the font, shadow, and text position for the gallery title.

  • Set the background values for the photo cover (e.g., brightness/darkness).
