To receive online orders, you need to go to "Settings" (bottom left) and, in the "General" section, select the desired text for the "Contact Button Label" in the website header—for example, "Order Service" or "Message Me."
This button will then be available in the header of your profile.
When the client clicks it and fills in their information (name, email, and inquiry), you will receive a notification by email and in the admin panel — CRM → “Orders.” After that, you can continue the communication by responding to the client.
