You only need to fill in the pre-prepared text fields and upload photos to create an aesthetic page—you can do this using a computer or a smartphone.
Does pix.bi support multilingualism? Which languages are available?
You can choose the interface language for both the control panel and the client view. We offer translation of your website into 9 popular languages: Ukrainian, English, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Bulgarian, which you can set up in the admin panel.
I have my own domain. Can I use it with the pix.bi platform?
Yes, on any paid plan, you can add your own domain in the Domains menu within the admin panel settings.
Is my data or my clients' data processed while using the service?
Your data and your clients' data are stored in a secure database and are not processed, in accordance with our privacy policy.
What subscription plans are available, and can I switch from one plan to another?
Five plans are available: Free, Basic, Plus, Professional, and Maximum. You can view the prices on the main page in the "Pricing" section. Yes, you can change your plan at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the Subscription menu in the admin panel settings, and click "Cancel Subscription" on your active plan.
If I cancel my subscription, what happens to my photos and data on the website and in the gallery?
5 days after cancellation or non-payment of the subscription, gallery and portfolio files will be automatically deleted down to the 1 GB limit (Free Plan allowance). The website's text content and associated files are not deleted.
Can I use SEO promotion for a website created on pix.bi?
Yes, your site automatically supports semantic markup, includes meta tags, and generates sitemap and robots files for SEO promotion.
Does the quality of the photos change upon upload?
Yes, optimized images are displayed on the website. This is done to ensure the fastest possible loading of your site. However, when files are downloaded via the gallery, your client will receive the original file size.
Can I work on the gallery's design while files are being uploaded?
Yes, you can perform any actions with the gallery while files are uploading – it is important not to leave the page until the upload is complete.
Will my client galleries be publicly available?
For public photo placement, please use the Portfolio. The Gallery is private by default and accessible only via a link. When adding a gallery, you can also protect it with a password. To do this, select the "Protect with Password" function during creation; access will only be granted to those who have both the password and the link to that gallery.
Why does a ZIP file download when I download photos? Where can I find the photos after downloading the archive?
The ZIP file is an archive format specifically created so the user can download all photos at once in a single file. After the download is complete, the user needs to unzip (extract) the files by clicking on the archive file. In most systems (Mac OS, Windows, iOS, Android), the archive can be found in the "Downloads" folder in your file system.
