When creating a gallery, you set its options, one of which is the "Photo Storage Period."
This period can be set to either Manual (where you control all galleries yourself) or Automatic (where the gallery is automatically deleted upon the expiration of the specified storage period).
⚠️ IMPORTANT: When you set a specific expiration period (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, or a month), the gallery is AUTOMATICALLY deleted from the database without the possibility of recovery.
Flexibility: If automatic deletion is enabled, the expiration period setting remains accessible. This means you can either extend the automatic deletion period or change it to manual deletion at any time.
Example: You set the expiration period to 7 days. On the 6th day, the client asks you to extend the gallery for another week. To grant the extension, you need to go into the specific gallery's settings, click Edit, and choose a longer duration—in this example, 14 days.
